For over 130 years St. John's Dixie Cemetery has been serving what is now the city of Mississauga and surrounding area. The addition of a crematorium in 1990 has ensured that St. John's provides a complete range of services to meet the needs of this growing community.
St. John's Dixie Cemetery and Crematorium is a non-denominational, non- profit organization aimed in providing a caring and professional service to a diverse and multicultural community. Everyone, regardless of religious affiliation, is encouraged to express their commemoration of life lived in their own special way.
The
year 1870 marked St. John's first burials, which nurtured a caring tradition
in providing families a professional service in a dignified and compassionate
manner for following generations.
